TAG’s mission is to provide quality, impartial, and economical arbitrations for parties who utilize arbitration to resolve a dispute. TAG’s arbitrators have the experience and expertise to hear any civil matter. All TAG arbitrators are either former, senior, or retired judges from the State of Texas. TAG restricts its arbitration cases to the State of Texas.
TAG and its arbitrators are committed to absolute impartiality. Our goal is that all parties have confidence in the decision and resolution of the case. All conflicts are disclosed immediately. This is a continuing obligation and responsibility of TAG and all parties involved.
TAG applies the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, the Texas Rules of Evidence, and the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure.
TAG charges the same fee in each case, including both the administrative fee and the refundable anticipated fee. The renewable evergreen fee is also set and determined in advance of the arbitration hearing. These fees are the same in each case regardless of the number of parties or amount in controversy.
TAG operates as the court administrator and clerk in all cases and handles all communications between the parties and the arbitrators.
