Texas Arbitration Group (TAG) is dedicated to providing fair and impartial resolutions for disputes between claimants and insureds and those involved in workplace injuries. Our goal is to provide an impartial resolution in an economical and timely manner.
TAG's mission is to provide quality, impartial, and economical arbitrations for parties in need of arbitration to resolve a dispute. TAG is primarily focused on resolving disputes concerning workplace injuries where the employer is a non-subscriber. However, our arbitrators also have the experience and expertise to hear many other civil matters and issues. All TAG arbitrators are either former, senior, or retired judges from the State of Texas.
TAG exclusively uses the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure, and the Texas Rules of Evidence. TAG restricts all its arbitration cases to the jurisdiction of Texas and no jurisdiction outside of the state.
The decision to utilize the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure distinguishes TAG from other arbitration groups. This procedure allows a party, as part of the arbitration, to “appeal” an issue within the arbitrated case.
TAG and its arbitrators are committed to absolute impartiality. Our goal is that all parties have confidence in the decision and resolution of the case. All conflicts are disclosed immediately. This is a continuing obligation and responsibility of TAG and all parties involved.
